PRAYER REQUESTS

Guatemala
The WCSG/MNN team returned safely from serving in Santiago and Panabaj, Guatemala. During the 4-day medical clinic the team saw, treated and shared the Gospel message with nearly 1,000 men, women and children. Despite the challenges of lost luggage and illnesses, God was able to accomplish great things through the team.

Pray for the Guatemalans who heard the Gospel, that God would continue to work in their hearts. Pray for Pastor Diego and Good Shepherd Baptist Church as they cultivate relationships and share the truth with the community members served. Also pray for the health of several team members who are still recovering from illnesses. To read more about this trip, click here.

Honduras
121 Community Church in Grapevine, Texas has provided funding to hire a Case Manager at AFE (Amor, Fe y Esperanza) School in Tegucigalpa. Pray that the Lord will provide a the right candidate for the position.

Please continue to pray for the political situation in Honduras and continue to pray for the upcoming presidential elections.

India
Pray for Samson Parekh, Orphan Outreach India staff member, as he continues to build nurturing relationships with the children and staff at the various projects.

Continue to pray for capable and dedicated staff to serve at the Santvana Aids Home in Pune.

Praise God that the widespread panic related to the swine flu has ceased and the situation has reverted to normal again.

Russia
Pray for the team that is currently in St. Petersburg as they finish their time ministering to orphans and as they travel home this Saturday. Pray for their last few days, that it would be a fruitful time in sharing the gospel and love of Jesus to the sweet children and caretakers. Read about the trip on Orphan Outreach's Missions blog.

Praise for the team who traveled to St. Petersburg in early October and had successful strategic meetings with all of the orphanages that Orphan Outreach works with. Praise for the funds that were raised to support this trip.

Please pray for the children living in Russian orphanages this winter. Pray for good health for the children and pray that the urgent need for a warm winter coat will be provided to the many children in need. The gift of $35 will provide a child with a warm coat this winter.

Orphan Outreach
Orphan Outreach offices are moving on November 10th. We are relocating to the new Hope Center in Plano, Texas. The Hope Center is a brand new facility where several Christian ministries will be based. We are excited to be part of this new community.
